On 27 June 2022, the Company was placed into Liquidation pursuant to an Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice in the British Virgin Islands. Russell Crumpler and Christopher Farmer were appointed as Joint Liquidators (“JLs”) of the Company.
